Shipping:

Subscription boxes go out every quarter, shipping out at the begining of the month.

  • Winter Box (December): Shipped at the beginning of December.
  • Spring Box (March): Shipped at the beginning of March.
  • Summer Box (June): Shipped at the beginning of June.
  • Fall Box (September): Shipped at the beginning of September.

Automatically reoccurring every 90 days if you sign up for a quarterly subscription. You will receive an email from us letting you know when your upcoming box will arrive.

Shipping Cost Responsibility:

Customers pay shipping costs for all orders at this time, including standard and expedited shipping unless it's due to our error (e.g., incorrect/damaged item). Fees vary by order factors and are communicated during checkout. We may offer shipping promotions subject to specified terms.

Shipping Restrictions: 

We exclusively deliver within the US. A US address is required for orders. Customers must provide accurate addresses. We're not liable for issues from incorrect information.

Returns & Damaged Items:

We do not accept returns on the quarterly subscription boxes or limited edition boxes. However, you are able to pause or cancel your subscription anytime 30 days prior to receiving your upcoming box!  

If you receive a damaged item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Kindly send an email to brewtifyteam@brewtifybox.com, include your order number, picture of item and we will contact you with the next steps. If item is out of stock, we will provide an alternative item of equal value. 

Subscription:

If you are subscribed to a quarterly plan, you have the flexibility to cancel or temporarily pause your subscription up to 30 days before your next box ships. You may contact us via email at brewtifyteam@brewtifytbox.com and include 'Pause' or 'Cancel Subscription' in the subject line or log into the Customer Portal by clicking on Manage subscription in your Email Notification at the time of purchase. 

For your convenience, quarterly subscriptions will automatically renew using the credit card information on file. If you need to update your card details or shipping address, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at brewtifyteam@brewtifybox.com.
